Michael's Story
Life
After leaving Wantagh High School I joined the Air Force with Murphy, Woolwich and Zimmer. I was the only one who made it a career and the only one who didn't want to join in the first place. My first marriage ended in divorce after 19 years. I have 3 lovely grown daughters who live in the DC area. I have 3 grand children, and a 4 year old (Olivia) born in 96. 81 from the Pentagon, I took a position with Merrill Lynch in DC as their South Atlantic Systems Manager. I transferred back to NY in 85. In 96 I made another career change by joining Salomon Smith Barney (a division of Citigroup)and now manage their Retail Brokerage Systems and Communications. We live near Princeton NJ (Skillman) and I commute to NY everyday. I'm very happy, enjoyed my career in the AF and put up with the stress each day in NY.
